The content of Animakit, including brands, logos, designs, data, product or company names, texts, images, etc., is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Don Bosco Youth-net.
All user data stored in the app is stored locally on the user’s mobile phone.
Don Bosco Youth-net may collect anonymous or aggregated non-personal data, such as the operating system used and the use of the application. This enables us to continuously optimize the Animakit app for users. At no time is personal content used when collecting these statistics.
The app has been developed with the utmost care. However, neither the developer nor the publisher is liable for any damages resulting from any inaccuracies and/or incompleteness in the app or the central platform Nimbu (used for sharing game ideas).
The content of the app (including links) can be adjusted, modified, or supplemented at any time without notice. Neither the developer nor the publisher guarantees the proper functioning of the app and cannot be held liable in any way for any malfunction or temporary (un)availability of the app or for any form of damage, direct or indirect, resulting from access to or use of the app. Don Bosco Youth-net can never be held liable to anyone, directly or indirectly, in any special or other way, for damage due to the use of the app or any other, particularly as a result of links or hyperlinks, including, without limitation, all losses, work interruptions, damage to programs or other data on the computer system, equipment, software, or other of the user.
